TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Application & Agreement, Policies & Procedures and Compensation Plan are specifically incorporated herein by reference. They, along with these Terms & Conditions, form the Agreement between:
TheTradeLife.net (“Company”) and the Independent Associate Member. They shall be effective only upon acceptance by the Company, at its principal office:

Independent Sales Representative AGREES:
1.- TheTradeLife.net (TTL) will pay Independent Associate Member compensation in US Dollars on transactions received, validated and accepted by TTL, which are submitted by Independent Associate Member and or his/her sales organization on behalf of the ultimate consumer (not sales aids) which conform with the terms of TTL Compensation Plan.
2.- Independent Associate Member is of legal age in the state/province or the country in which he/she resides.
3.- Any Independent Associate Member who sponsors another Independent Associate Member or receives a Bonus or Commission on the product sales of another Independent Associate Member must fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory, distributing and selling function in the sale or delivery of a product or service to the ultimate consumer and in the training of those personally sponsored. Independent Associate Member must have ongoing contact, communication, and arrangement with his or her sales organization. Examples may include, but not limited to: email, newsletters, correspondence, meetings, telephone contact, accompanying individuals to company training sessions and sharing genealogy information with those sponsored. Independent Associate Member should be able to provide evidence to the Company of ongoing fulfillment of sponsor responsibilities.
4.- Independent Associate Member understands that he/she is not compensated for sponsoring other Independent Associate Members but earns compensation solely on the sale of products and/or services to ultimate consumers.
5.- Applicant is, upon acceptance, an “Independent Contractor”, hereinafter Independent Associate Member, conducting business for her/his own account and not as an agent, employee, or franchisee for the Company. As such, must provide his/her Social Security or Federal Tax ID Number for tax reporting purposes on any monies earned within the country. All Independent Associate Members should consult their attorney or tax consultant for information on monies earned and where received. The Independent Associate Member further understands that he/she will not be treated as an employee in regards to any laws covering employees. An Independent Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all licenses required by law in whatever State, County or Country in which they reside, and pay all applicable fees and taxes.
6.- Independent Associate Member agrees to accept the sole responsibility for all self-employment and all legal country/federal and state and local income and sales taxes and any other taxes on income earned as an Independent Associate Member. The Company will file appropriate tax earnings report forms on each Independent Associate Member at the close of the calendar year for the amount of commissions and bonuses earned in their country of residence under this agreement.
7.- Independent Associate Member agrees that the Company is not liable for city, county, state, local and country/federal income taxes, sales taxes or other fees pertaining to sales and earnings of an Independent Associate Member and Independent Associate Member will hold the company harmless from all of same.
8.- Independent Associate Member SHALL NOT promote or sell other companies’ sales programs, products or Company functions on websites where Company is mentioned, or use the Company forms or printed materials or its name, prestige, or drawing power in conjunction with or in support of any other activities.
9.- Independent Associate Member shall not sponsor or attempt to sponsor another Company Independent Associate Member into another organization except for her/his personally sponsored Independent Associate Members. In addition, no Independent Associate Member shall participate in any action that causes an Independent Associate Member to be sponsored through someone else into another company.
10.- Independent Associate Member will make no claims as to income potential either written or oral except those prepared by the company for illustration purposes only.
11.- Independent Associate Member will not make any claims of any kind pertaining to the benefits of the company’s products and services except those given in official company promotional media. When presenting the Company program to others, an Independent Associate member shall present the program in its entirety, without omission, distortion or misrepresentation.
12.- Independent Associate Member shall not represent or imply, directly or indirectly, that the company has been approved or endorsed by any governmental agency. (Federal and State regulatory agencies do not approve or endorse any marketing company product or programs.)
13.- Independent Associate Member will indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, expenses, costs, causes of action and damages resulting from or growing out of Independent Associate Member statements or actions in violation of this agreement.
14.- Should Independent Associate Member be terminated for cause, Independent Associate Member’s sales organization may be transferred to his/her first active upline Independent Associate member at Company’s sole discretion.
15.- The set-up cost of enrollment as a TheTradeLife.net Associate Member is $300.00 and it is Non-Refundable, for which you receive access to adequate digital marketing tools needed to promote our company products and services.
16.- IN THE FUTURE, THETRADELIFE.NET may decide to sell promotional materials, such as Business Cards, apparel, stationary, etc. As such, should you be unsatisfied with future purchases, we want to know about it. We will stand behind our products 100%. I understand that at least 70% of all of Associate Members’ wholesale purchases must be resold to customers that are not Independent Associate MemberS of Company and that I will not purchase products solely for qualification for a higher position, bonus or commissions. All product(s) in resalable condition purchased within 90 days prior to termination may be returned (shipping prepaid). The company will repurchase such products at 90% of the original price less any bonus or commissions paid. All current sales aids and Company Business Kit in resalable condition purchased within 90 days prior to terminating may be returned (shipping prepaid). The company will purchase back such materials at 90% of the original price. Any laws in any jurisdiction inconsistent herewith are adopted herein and will be followed.
17.- Terminated Independent Associate Members will be eligible to reapply and may choose a new sponsor after six (6) months. A terminated Independent Associate Member that reenters the program may not sponsor any of her/his original downline organization.
18.- Independent Associate Member understands that the Company does not permit the changing of sponsors. TheTradeLife.net is a business of creating relationships. Once an Independent Associate Member is sponsored, the Company believes in maximum protection of that relationship.
19.- Independent Associate Member hereby supplies TheTradeLife.net with his/her signature for Company files and understands that this signature is the signature of record for all debit cards, ACH and any future credit card transactions.
20.- Independent Associate Member without a sales tax ID number authorizes Company to remit to proper agencies the sales/use tax generated as a result of Independent Associate Member’s product sales.
21.- Independent Associate Member understands that Company will provide Independent Associate Member a replicated Web Page, when available as part of. The company will deliver all items upon receipt of good funds.
22.- As an Independent Associate Member, Independent Associate Member is aware of the contractual obligations that occur when she/he purchases products or services from Company. Independent Associate Member understands that he/she maintains a greater responsibility when ordering on a credit card account as an informed Independent Associate Member than when ordering as a customer. Independent Associate Member, therefore, waives the right of cancellation or refund on any order placed on his/her credit card account(s) except directly through the Company. Any order returns, refunds or exchanges shall be done through Company and not through any credit card company.
23.- In the event that any check (monies) by any method is returned unpaid, I authorize TheTradeLife.net to debit my account for the face amount plus up to a 10% failed payment processing fee. If said amount remains unpaid, I understand that I could lose my current status and that until my account is brought current I could forfeit certain rights and privileges, including commissions.
24.- Independent Associate Member understands that USA residents in the States of Maine, North Dakota, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, and West Virginia are limited to a total of $495.00 in sales aids and personal wholesale product purchases from the Company during the first six months. Purchases shall be automatically modified to comply with the exemption requirements set forth in any country/state laws regulating business opportunities.
25.- Company will retain full authority to accept or reject any Application or any order for products. Such refusal is solely within the discretion of the Company. No right of action against the Company will arise because of any such acceptance or refusal.
26.- Company reserves the right to amend, revise, institute, alter or modify changes including but not limited to prices, literature, policies, this Agreement and the Compensation Plan. Any such revisions become effective by email, letter(s) or by publication in official company literature or posted to Independent Associate Member at his or her last known address. Independent Associate Member agrees to be bound by these changes. Changes will become part of the agreement upon notification. The Distributor Compensation Plan and Policies and Procedures, and all modifications thereafter are incorporated into and are a part of this agreement.
27.- Company shall not be responsible for acts beyond its control, including but, not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, storms, power outages, labor difficulty, equipment failure, supplier problems, or other difficulties that might prevent performance according to this agreement.
28.- Company assumes no liability for personal injury arising from the use or mishandling of any of the Company product(s).
29.- Company does not require its Associate Member to sponsor other Associate Members and does not require its Associate Members to purchase products to be an Independent Associate Member.
30.- The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon receipt of sufficient information that Independent Associate Member has violated any term or condition of this agreement or has otherwise acted illegally or unethically.
31.- Company will honor refund policies provided by any governmental law applicable to Independent Associate Member.
32.- Company requires that all Independent Associate Members obey the letter and the spirit of the law.
33.- I have not violated any non-competition, non-compete, non-solicitation, or confidentiality agreement entered into with any other organization or entity, and by becoming an Independent Associate Member for non-solicitation entered in with any other organization.
34.- After my receipt and sufficient understanding of preliminary information which I requested to receive from TheTradeLife.net about TheTradeLife.net’s Futures – Stock Market Trading and Global Multi-level network Marketing Program, I on my own free will, approached an Independent Associate Member, employee, or affiliate of FundMyHome.org about becoming an Associate Member and requested to become an Associate Member of TheTradeLife.net.
35.- JOB ONE in TheTradeLife.net is to grow its Global Multi-level Network Marketing Network of traders of Futures-Stock Markets, the priority is to successfully empower its members with the tools and resources they need to grow their teams and succeed as traders, therefore, in an effort to avoid distractions and provide the service needed to help its members achieve success, Associate Members who receive leads of potential Associate Members, or customers in general, which leads are provided by TheTradeLife.net, are expressly prohibited from Cross Recruiting anyone into any other organizations. AS SUCH, Associate Members found to be Cross Recruiting anyone into any other organizations will be disqualified from receiving leads that are provided by TheTradeLife.ne.
36.- Associate Members of TheTradeLife.net are expressly prohibited from Soliciting-Receiving money or Bartering Goods or Services from Associate Members, Down Payment Assistance Recipients, Homebuyers, or Home-Sellers or all customers in general associated with TheTradeLife.net. AS SUCH, Associate Members found to have Solicited-Received money or have Bartered Goods or Services from/with Associate Members, or customers in general associated with TheTradeLife.net will be immediately and permanently terminated from TheTradeLife.net.
37.- Associate Members are expressly prohibited from using names or Aliases that differ from their legal names. AS SUCH, Associate Members found to be using names or Aliases that differ from their legal names will be immediately and permanently terminated from TheTradeLife.net.
38.- Associate Members are expressly prohibited from Practicing Acts of Slander-Defamation, Assassination of Character, or any other Detrimental Activity against TheTradeLife.net or its Associate Members, Donors or Partners, and/or all Customers or Vendors in gemeral associated with TheTradeLife.net (Hereinafter Referred to as “TheTradeLife.net”). AS SUCH, Associate Members found to have Slandered or Acted Detrimentally against TheTradeLife.net company or brand will be immediately and permanently terminated from TheTradeLife.net.
39.- All Associate Members are prohibited from making claims or representing themselves as partners, owners, employed by or members of the board of directors of TheTradeLife.net will be permanently terminated from TheTradeLife.net.
40.- In an effort to deliver excellence in the service(s) that TheTradeLife.net pledges to provide, it is required for maintaining Membership in TheTradeLife.net that all Associate Members successfully complete company training and participate in all future continuing education programs imparted by Company. Additionally, all Associate Members wishing to receive leads of potential new Associate Members or customers in general (Hereinafter referred to as “Prospects”) which leads are thereby provided by TheTradeLife.net must undergo Associate Member Certification processes which demonstrates (1) the Associate Member’s acceptable proficiency, (2) The Associate Member’s acceptable knowledge of company’s processes and (3) The Associate Member’s ability to Professionally and Effectively communicate with Prospects.
41.- AMENDMENTS – Associate Member hereby accepts to adhere himself or herself to any future amendments to this Terms and Conditions, which Company may make at its sole discretion for the betterment of the Company. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions do not require Company’s previous notice to Associate Members, nor requires approval from Associate Members
42.- NO PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS – The Terms and Conditions stated herein supersede all previous Oral, Written and/or Implied Terms and Conditions.
43.- NOVATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS- Associate Member hereby understands and agrees that present or future Novations or modifications of any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, which Novations or Modifications are suggested or attempted by Associate Member are hereby prohibited from taking validity or effect and therefore nullified when made without the express signed written acceptance of the Board of Directors of TheTradeLife.net.
44.- ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE. Associate Member acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions contained herein. Continued Membership as an Associate Member of TheTradeLife.net constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
